How about a CSA on campus?
Here are a few ideas: We could create a CSA as part of the Meal Plan. We could have a meal plan with 20 less meals and it would get a CSA. It could get fresh produce from farms, fresh baked goods from the Co-op, demo cds from musicians, and nice large laminated copies of student art. If you think this is interesting, give it a go. Ideas of where to start and what might need to be done: Look at other schools to see if they have CSA's through their farm or meal plan, design a dream CSA plan, and write a proposal. When we amend the contract for the Co-op we could add this in too.
